Banana and chocolate chip traybake - the healthier option

Every sunday I like to do some baking, today I have gone for a banana and chocolate chip tray bake! So I would share it with you...

You will need:
-A set of scales
-Mixing spoon (I used a spatular)
-Big mixing bowl
-Tin (30x23cm ideally but I used a 25x25cm)
-175g of margarine
-250g of caster sugar
-350g of self-raising flour
-2tsp of baking powder
-4 free range eggs
-3 ripe bananas (mashed with a fork)
-3tbsp of milk
-75g of dark/milk/white chocolate chips (I used milk!)

This recipe is for the AGA but not everyone has one so if you have a convectional oven..
(180°C/350°F/160°C fan/Gas 4) for 45 mins untill golden brown and the cake comes away from the tin a bit.
For a two oven AGA put it in the roasting oven on the bottom self with the cold shelf on the second from the top set of runners!
Leave for 30-35mins and same as above (golden brown). Leave in the tin to cool!

Method:
Line the tin with foil then grease it with margarine...
Just combine everything together in the mixing bowl untill a smooth mixture is formed!

I love this recipe because its so easy, everything just goes in one bowl! And you could say its slightly healthy, its absolutely delicious! I hope you make it and enjoy it as much as me....

Mine burnt and burst but it can look better!
